Rosé Wines Ireland On-Line Terms & Conditions
It is important that the on-line terms and conditions listed below are read carefully by all customers of rosewine.ie. In using our website the customer is agreeing to the terms & conditions as set out below.
In particular the customer is confirming that they are above the legal limit age for purchasing alcohol. In Ireland the legal age for purchasing alcohol is 18 years and above.
Rosewine.ie take our responsibility in this regard very seriously. Under no circumstances will we knowingly sell or market alcoholic beverages to any person under the legal age limit.
Privacy Policy
The privacy and security of our customers is a top priority for Rosé Wines Ireland. We will ensure that all information sent to us from your computer is securely encrypted and protected by using Internet standard encryption technology. All information submitted to Rosé Wines Ireland for payment and delivery purposes will be totally secure and will be subjected to the strictest confidentiality.
Ordering Goods
Prices in Euros
Wines are priced in Euro by bottle and are inclusive of current excise and VAT.
Minimum Orders
FREE to anywhere in Ireland is based on a minimum case unit order of 12 Bottles.
Orders by the case
Orders are be placed in case units of twelve bottles. This is indicated with the pricing information where applicable.
Final Bill
The final bill to the customer will represent the full order cost to the customer including all taxes and delivery costs. By engaging in the ordering process the customer is authorising Rosewine.ie to validate and charge the full cost of the goods ordered to the charge card submitted.
Delivery
So we can deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we ask you to provide all the information requested in the ordering process.
Availability
We supply prestige rosé fine wines, some of which are subject to availability. Where the supply of exclusive wines or vintages are problematic, we will advise you during the ordering process.
Delivery Policy
We deliver your wine to your door FREE of charge regardless of size of order (one case of 12 bottles or more cases). And if you submit your order by 12 noon, it will be delivered within 1 working day.
Deliveries will be carried out nationwide by Lynx Transport.
In the run-up to Christmas, it can take us a little longer to deliver your wine, so please try to place your orders as early as you can.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please include these with your order or by contacting us in advance. We will try our best to make sure your wine is delivered to you when you want and how you want.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Cancelling before Dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before goods are dispatched from our warehouse by notifying Rosé Wines Ireland. A full refund will be made to your account without charge.
Return of Delivered Goods
If you want to return goods that have been delivered for any reason, please contact Rosé Wines Ireland. The goods must be returned to our warehouse unopened and sealed along with a copy of the original invoice.You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. When the goods and invoice have been satisfactorily returned, you will be issued with a full credit.
Breakages in Transit
When you receive your order, it is important for you to check it is intact. If you notice a breakage, you must bring this to the attention of the Lynx Transpaort delivery person at the time of delivery. We can quickly arrange and dispatch a replacement order or a refund.
Please be aware that once you sign for your order with Lynx Transport, any subsequent breakages become your responsibility.
